WHAT IS CANIGEN® DHP?

CANIGEN® DHP is a specially designed, modified live vaccine for puppies from 6 weeks of age.

RECOMMENDED FOR active immunization of dogs from 6 weeks of age, to prevent mortality and clinical signs of canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus Enteritis, and Canine Hepatitis

COMPOSITION

Canigen DHP (Live Attenuated freeze-dried) (One dose):

Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) Lederle strain…………………..103 – 10TCID50

Canine Adenovirus type 2 (CAV-2) Manhattan strain………104 – 10TCID50

Canine Parvovirus (CPV) Cornell strain…………………………….105 – 10TCID50

TCID – Tissue Culture Infectious Dose

Diluent (1ml):

Sterile water for injections for reconstitution of the freeze-dried fraction

DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS FOR USE

After reconstitution of the freeze-dried fraction with the diluent fraction, administer one dose of CANIGEN® DHP by the subcutaneous or intramuscular route for primary vaccination in puppies at 6 weeks of age. The schedule of vaccination should be suggested as recommended by the Vaccination Guidelines Group of WSAVA. Vaccinate only healthy animals. High levels of maternally derived antibodies may interfere with protection.
