OK I FOUND THE SECTION !
Step 1: Protein
The most versatile nutrient in the body. As the main component of muscle, skin, coat and bones, protein is also an essential source of energy for carnivores. They are the base of antibodies, hormones and many key molecules.
Step 2: Crude fat
Main source of energy for the body. The total amount must therefore be controlled to prevent weight gain. Source of omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids. First palatability factor for dogs and cats.
Step 3: Crude fibre
Fibre is important for digestive transit and for the balance of the intestinal flora. In large quantities, they contribute to a feeling of satiety.
Step 4: Crude ash
These are minerals (calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium) and trace elements (iron, zinc, copper...) essential for the proper mineralization of bones and for many functions in the body. They must be rigorously controlled because any excess, deficiency or imbalance can have serious consequences on health.

Step 5: Moisture
The residual humidity of the kibble after drying. It does not represent a nutritional value.
