Virbac Animal Health India Private Limited (also referred to as “Virbac India”, “we”, “us” or “our”) understands that your privacy is important and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our Site - meaning our primary website https://in.virbac.com and any other websites under our control where we place this Privacy Policy - and will collect and use Personal Information in a manner consistent with applicable law.

This Privacy Policy describes how your Personal Information is collected, used, disclosed, retained and protected when you visit or interact with our Site. The Site is primarily an informational website about Virbac India, animal health, our products and related content. It is not an e-commerce website and this Policy therefore does not describe online ordering, payment, shipping or delivery processing.

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our Site and our processing of Personal Information in connection with it. It does not extend to websites or services operated by third parties that may be linked from our Site. We have no control over how those third parties collect, store or use your information and recommend reviewing their privacy information before providing Personal Information to them.

Virbac is an international group and some Virbac group companies or service providers may be located outside India. Where Personal Information is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer and subsequent processing comply with applicable Indian law and any transfer restrictions or safeguards that apply at the relevant time.
